OMG! Update so I did this soup. I tweaked it, instead of a whole 8 oz of cream cheese I put 4oz and I put 32oz low sodium broth from Aldi. I omitted the heavy cream didn't have it.Which is the whole container and added 3cups of finely shredded cabbage. Everything else I did the same. Very good!! I'm so happy I found this channel a few weeks ago. Thx Sammy.

Sorry to bug but have you ever thought of making a cookbook on the recipes you have posted I swear I would buy one I am literally looking through all of your recipes because I want to start meal prepping you are my favorite go to Keto girl of course I have to up my carbs because I’m 30 weeks pregnant but I support you so much and I would love one of your cookbooksTo make finding all these recipes so much easier I am literally riding my grocery list off of your recipes got tortilla soup tamales Mc riddle casserole lasagna stuffed chicken and beef stroganoff so far with vanilla maple pecan cupcakes for dessert

Yum. Looks great. Will have to try for sure. I just started back on keto today. I did it for a month and had great results but then I just got sick and one thing after another, got off track.. but I’m excited to get back at it. Thanks for sharing. I found there great for individual plates. Like adding more salt if needed. But with recipes I tend to use alot since it's in batches and it don't put much out for that
