I don’t know if it’s my age or what but fasting and keto just don’t work for me at all anymore - I’ve gone from 240 to 170 in the last year but killing keto and fasting. The only thing is I never have that lean feeling I used to get with fasting 😅❤ I still love some keto options for saving calories for the day! Love the videos fellow gamer girl ❤❤❤❤❤

Didn’t you have the ninja foodie? Mine has the grill with the thermometer too and steaks come out perfect in it. Before getting the foodie i was not the best at cooking steaks.

I would love for you to cook steaks in that airfryer. Every time I cook a steak in an airfryer, it is messy, and if you do it often, it messing up the airfryer.
