I live alone and don't use a lot of milk so even a quart of regular will usually sour before I use it up. I have osteoporosis and my doctor recommended Fairlife milk. I told her it is way too pricey and my milk usually goes bad. She told me about the long refrigerated shelf life Fairlife has compared to other milk so I gave it I try. It's amazing!
