Was it hard folding the eggwhites in? I'm afraid I'm going to flatten them! Also, how sweet do you think you "sugar free chocolate chips" were? I have 85% chocolate, but it's too bitter for some things.

@@AlinaTowers Hi Alina! ❤️ Itonot hard ro fold in the egg whites, just gently fold it in. And for the sweetness, it really depends on the person. I always recommend to adjust it to your preference. I use Lily’s dark chocolate chips in the recipe and just add a little sweetener in my cake and icing.

@@rafalniziol Actually, it is one of the easiest and quickest cake recipes that I’ve ever made. This is my “go to” recipe if I need to make a dessert quickly. The whole process from the beginning to end takes less than hour!

PS: I was worried about the stamina of the whipped cream frosting (to last several days in the fridge) so I took a trick from our beloved Ketoserts - I bloomed 4 grams of gelatin in 30 grams cold almond milk, then heated until velvety smooth. I added it to the frosting mixture, AFTER adding the powdered sweetener, and BEFORE adding the chocolate ganache. Smooth, gorgeous and scrumptious! Thank you again, beloved Chef! ❤️💚💙
