What, I thought Lane Bryant had nice business clothing! But I was always one size smaller than that, in that horrible nether region where absolutely nothing fits and no one is carrying your size.
@StarWarsFans98 Жыл бұрын
@@jamcnbute LOL! I was in the other boat. I was so tiny in high school that I could ONLY shop at 357 because at the time they were the only ones that carried Size 0. Eventually my bad eating caught up to me and I flip flopped to the other side of the spectrum buying plus size. After 4 months of Keto eating, I am now a size 10 and it's nice to be able to shop anywhere I want now. I've always been one extreme or the other!

I will definitely be making these this weekend! On a different topic, I always used cheap pots and pans in the past not really thinking much of it, until I got some concerning kidney function tests back after a Dr visit. I started researching what could be causing poor kidney function and stumbled across just how BAD Teflon is for our kidneys. Long story short, I splurged and bought the caraway pans you guys use because of how well they seem to work with all the recipes you make AND they’re non toxic. 6 months later I got my kidney function tested again and everything was within normal range, the only thing I changed was the pots and pans I use! Maybe you guys helped save my life, you both make it more entertaining for sure!
@Jojospyder Жыл бұрын
That is great to hear... I looked at my scratched up Teflon this morning and knew I needed to buy at least a few frying pans...but man Caraway is expensive. So I looked at other Ceramic pans in a more affordable range.... Thanks for your comment I had no idea Teflon was hard on our kidneys.

I enjoyed making pretzels. Thanks for the idea. I wanted to share a Keto fudge recipe if you are interested. It's really easy, good, and doesn't melt easily. Ingredients & instructions: 3/4 cup salted butter, 1 cup creamy peanut butter, melt in the microwave for 1 1/2 minutes. Add 1 cup swerve powdered sweetener, and stir until well dissolved. Add 2 cups of PB2 with cocoa powdered peanut butter. Stir well. Add 1tsp vanilla. Pour into an 8x8 buttered baking dish and chill. Melt 1/2 cup of sugar-free chocolate chips and 1/2 tsp coconut oil in the microwave for 1 minute. Stir until smooth. Pour over the fudge and spread, and chill until set. Cut and enjoy. I'm like y'all. I'm 'technically keto'. :)

I used to be an assistant manager for Pretzel Time. We would dip our pretzels in a mixture of baking Soda & water before baking. When they came out, we brushed them with melted butter, then added our seasonings. Varieties included; Cheese dip, pizza sauce dip, sour cream and onion, garlic & cinnamon sugar. The last 3 were in shakers like at the movies when you can add seasoning to your popcorn. Oh how I miss Pretzels!! I can’t wait to make this recipe! Thanks for posting! Edited to add that once dipped in baking Soda & water (helped with browning) we sprinkled salt on top before baking. I think chunky pink Himalayan salt would work best.

Hi girls, I love your channel! I have an idea for you. I am American but I have travelled to France. Unlike America where most of our food items are available year round, France has quite a few "winter dishes". Finding these "winter dishes" in the summer in France would be difficult if not impossible. One of my favorites is a dish called "Aligot". It's simple and I make it now for myself here at home in Colorado. You boil potatoes, put the cooked cubes in a food processer with quite a lot of butter, and some garlic salt and black pepper. Then transfer the creamed mixture to a pot and fold in a great deal of shredded cheese (shredded COLBY works beautifully). Traditionally you should use oval shaped individual serving ceramic ramekins ( I purchased mine at a restaurant supply store for only $3.00 each). So, you make a base of the "cheesy creamed potatoes" in the bottom of the ramekins and then you top half of the surface with caramelized onions and the other half with a grilled sausage link. I have used ordinary bratwurst before , traditional German sausages of course work well, I even tried grilled Italian sausage links once. They were all wonderful. With a little bit of "winter" left here in America I thought perhaps your viewers might like this hearty "winter supper". I need your advice though, do you think subbing the potatoes with creamed cooked radishes would be best, or do you think creamed cauliflower or creamed hearts of palm would be better? I'm new to Keto and have not made this "the Keto way" yet. Every other ingredient is virtually carb free. I searched online for you so you could see what this dish should look like and I found a resource for you. Go to a You Tube channel called "Les Frenchies" and look for their video called "10 Must Have Winter Street Food" (Paris Christmas Markets). "Aligot" can be found at 8:22 minutes. Well, love you guys, keep up the good work! P.S. In case you're wondering, a good bit of France borders Germany and in that part of France they borrow heavily from traditional German food, hence the use of the sausages.
