Since i started to learn how to use a Kettlebell, I've been training by myself at home and when i found this channel it really made me improve by following your videos, probably one of the most complete channels for kettlebells, thanks for all the high quality content!

This is an exellent series!! I discovered your channel lately and it is SO COOL that you found alternatives to mace and club exercises with kettlebells. This will come handy.

This will go into regular rotation for sure. Became a fan of this channel for the phenomenal KB content & it inspired me to scoop up a few cheap used clubs -- my last pre-quarantine purchase. They're easily the best $ i've ever spent. Still spending a lot of quality time w/ KBs, but clubs is the workout I really look forward to now. Really appreciate all these videos lately. They've significantly improved my quarantine.

Love the “more better”. That should be your next T-shirt for merch. But put like this..... more. better.

Awesome, this is a fun one! Only drawback I find is that, at a weight I can manage for both parts of the exercise, I'm much more limited on what I can handle with the pullover vs. squat, like I could squat with a 16 kg bell all day but will find it tough to get above 8-10 reps on the pull over. Maybe this is an imbalance, I just need to get stronger in the upper body component?

Great videos that are easy to follow. My squat is lower from doing this for a week and my hip extension is "more better." I do add a curl at the bottom because I figure..."why not, I am already in position."

How did I missed this one after so many years of following your work? Do you count this as one of the "pretty exercises" or it can be worked as squat volume cycle?

Could this be considered a warm up? I know the pullover is listed as a warm up but with more complexity does it become a workout instead?

Thank you very much. Awesome series! But one thing is unclear for me - how to breath. If it possible, could please say inhale here, exhale here. Or something like this. Thank you once again!
@MarkWildman4 жыл бұрын
its an exhale at every direction change

@@MarkWildman And inhale immediately after exhale, right? do i understand it correctly? We are learning these exercises with my children, and this point was unclear for us. sorry for bothering.
