I recormmend doing this 15 minute kettlebell abs workout as a finesher or warm up abs activater, if maybe you tend to leave abs till the end of your workout but then dont end up doing them through lack of energy after your workout, i recommend doing them at the beginging of your workout to make sure you get them in your workout!
