I did the circuit today. I'm 5'11" 176lbs. Used a 24kg bell which was plenty enough weight for me. I took 90 seconds rest between rounds to ensure I wasn't too gassed for my form to suffer.The waiter carry was the most demanding component for me and I've never done a swing row before but I'll be doing more in the future, they felt really good. Thanks for posting the video Phil.

Thank you, look into getting yourself a certified dietician that can dive deeper into your issues that pertain to metabolism, and hormones that could be a factor. This along with understanding your metabolic rate will give you a guideline on how many calories you should be consuming and burning to lose the weight.

My docs just prescribed me TRT. Chronically low T after a TBI. I have a few KBs. Will a program like this or like combat kettlebell put some decent muscle on me in conjunction with the trt?

Good work Phil. I would appreciate if you reply my question . I have been doing every kinds of workout from HIIT cardio to calisthenics for long time. What is the proper way to tighten and squeeze leg more precisely butt fat. I mean not to burn fat since i am not talking about fat, I mean how to squeeze muscle size of lower body?
@PhilDaruStrong2 жыл бұрын
Not sure what you mean by “squeeze” muscle size but you need to look at your exercise selection and how you program to emphasis hypertophy. Isolated exercises along with compound exercises to elicit both hormonal benefits and muscle hypertrophy.
@esqinmehemmedli56112 жыл бұрын
@@PhilDaruStrong I mean I dont want hypertrophy in lower body muscles, I just want to decrease the volume of muscle size? how to do it ? by high repitions ? cardio or cycling? I hope you got what i meant

@PhilDaruStrong2 жыл бұрын
Does it really?
@saintoflastresorts22722 жыл бұрын
@@PhilDaruStrong it isn't perfect compared to a competitor or Pavel but it doenst suck. Also you have a stocky body type so you can't hide the retraction or the stretch at the bottom with long arms but I don't understand what "sucks" about it. Your arms aren't doing the lifting, your hips are hinging, your lats are even locked which most people overlook. Some people like to lock their hips at the end but I like keeping the excersise as dynamic as possible. My issue is if it sucks and it supposed to be constructive why not state why?
