Great video. Thank you for the content. How do you feel about rear foot elevated split squat vs standard split squat?
@PhilDaruStrong3 жыл бұрын
Depends on thier postural bias honestly, but I like it all as long as it fits the criteria

Hey Phil can you do bodybuilding and make gains while training full time mma ? Even tho by eating a lot and making sure having a 500 surplus over maintenance or it’s just not possible
@PhilDaruStrong3 жыл бұрын
It’s definitely possible just make sure your staying in your mobility and some form of ballistic/plyo training to work tendons and ligaments

I have been doing more trap bar for my heavy sets. I find I and it feels better. I will use regular bar for my dynamic effort and its nice for using bands and such, however I have really fallen for the trap bar. I know its "safer" too.

I would have thought for explosive movements you would want heavy on that push sled to access the fast twitch (unless you don't have any) then to access the intermediate fibers that mimic fast twitch. I guess I'll be scouring some PubMed then

Sets and reps????!!
@dirtybaystrangler6 күн бұрын
Considering you will be lifting heavy, probably lower volume. Five or less reps over three to five sets.
