I've got a feeling this is something that's simple and yet once performed is incredibly challenging- especially with prodigious poundages that you're using here! I'm looking forward to doing this with my 20 and maybe in a year I'll hit the 44 like you Joe!

Wow Joe you own that weight. Brutal strength. I train with my kettlebells often but recently upping the intensity and focus on skill. My goal right now is to master double 45 lbs. I want to be able to run them for long sets and eventually juggle and all the cool tricks but I have a long way to go.

I feel juggling should be the last thing you focus on for years.

@@kettlebellmusclegain Absolutely. I have a long way to go. I've tried the simplest juggling movements with a 15 pound kettlebell and it's very humbling but it's a long term goal.

Joe ,you recently asked what our favourite exercises are and mine is possibly the goblet squat,what's the heaviest you gone with it?
@kettlebellmusclegain2 жыл бұрын
Well I only have a single 56kg bell so that wasn't hard but I've done a few front rack squats with 2x48kg. Much harder.

I know about nutrition. I was a national level competitive body builder at 5% BF. A decade ago Not the goal now. Goal is performance. Which I just won a gold medal at world championships in kettlebell sport last June. When I want to be get really lean I'll do that.
