ok, my new channel of motivation :P - great stuff. so no excuses, but curious what what you say for a 46 y/o guy with 2 old ac tears left/right from a Motocross injury's, i need to build up them shoulder muscles, I've been sedentary, but changed my desk to standing desk for work :P, getting closer to health, but need more fitness and this Kettlebell workout looks sweet, don't see anything that would cause me shoulder issues, just keep the kettle light for now.

+Terry Rau Thanks for you positive feedback & glad to connect with you! Shoulders can be tricky, so definately start lighter & work your way up. KB's are fantastic for mobility & strength. If the overhead press move is too much for your shoulders at this point, perform the catch clean without the press :)

Awesome. I've been looking for something like this. Thinking outside the box and utilizing the kettlebells I recently purchased. Great cardio. Played as a pro athlete and I needed to get back into shape. Burned out from the normal weight room lifts. This is great! Thanks Max!

Hi Max ! Love the way you're always motivated and on a good mood 4 your workouts. I always use your 5 minutes Kettlebell warm-up video here. How many kg is your Kb on this video? Is it a 12 or 20 kg ? BTW talking from Brazil here. I've been training with Kbs for about 2 years but this year I'm training with a StrongFirst Coach and my progression has been amazing. Can't wait to get to do my first Snatches. Guess by the end of the year I'll learn them. Best wishes !

+Ben Whitney That's a bit heavy if you're new to kettlebells. 20-25lbs range for you will be better to master the movements more...then that 16kg will be great!

If you were to do everything in this 10 minute workout how many calories would you say you'd burn?

+Gregory Bucelli Depends on intensity and body weight, but around 120-220 cals per 10 mins. If this is your only workout of the day and you want more, you can repeat this 1-2 more times, or try another one of our workouts. The great thing about using kettlebells, is not only the calorie burn, but the lean muscle tissue results, which boosts metabolism and afterburn!

Yeah it's going to replace my old kettle bell routine, it's so much more balanced. I'm 200lbs and will probably start just doing the 10 minutes and working up to doing more. I'm guessing that I'll be on the higher end of the calorie burn if I'm intense enough during the whole ten minutes?

I just did the very first exercise in this workout for 5 minutes and im completely smoked. F*ck waiting on people in the gym. Get a kettle bell
