Most people associate kettlebells with strength and functional training, but what make the kettlebell one of the most diverse pieces of fitness equipment in the world is that you can use it for almost any kind physical training. Kettlebell Kings has collaborated with Mind Pump Media to create a program which is expertly designed to utilize kettlebells for the purpose of building and shaping your body for aesthetic training.
The program is called Kettlebells 4 Aesthetics (KB4A) and is designed to target your muscles and stimulate muscle growth in a different way than your normal training. This makes the KB4A program a perfect addition and supplement to more traditional, hypertrophy based programs. The main advantage of training with kettlebells for bodybuilding is in the range of motion kettlebells allow for compared to barbells, dumbbells, cables and machines.
This is a free 4-6 week training program which you can follow along with and focus on or mix in every now and then with your normal training to improve your results. Whether you follow the highly effective MAPS training protocols or not (read more through link), or add KB4A in the mix every now you will see your body improve.

In my experience the thumb back pronation on a one arm swing really helps save the elbow and finger flexors from any tendenitis as the weight goes up, but this may depend on the individual. If you start to get tennis/golfer elbow doing heavy one arm swings try the pronation thumb back at the bottom

His swinging arm with bell is not locked out?

It does not need to be. If there is anything to nit pick about, it's the knees. He only bends at the waist. MOST of the bend should be in the waist (this is not a squat, it is a hinge), but the knees should bend a little bit. Just like in a deadlift. You would not do a deadlift with straight legs. The Swing is a hybrid exercise. Half Deadlift, Half Silverback Swing.

Also, I see this in every swing video on KZbin, but if you draw a straight line between your shoudlers, it should be parallel with the floor. You can see that the swinging shoulder is lower than the free shoulder. Your body should be in a neutral position. the lats and Glutes are not engaging properly if your body is twisting. There is no excuse. I am only 5'6" 130lbs and I can keep my shoulders square swinging 71lbs. I believe the KB in the video is 35lbs (yellow band).

Son of The Morrígan but aren’t you supposed to be digging into your lats when you pack your shoulders? Especially with the swinging arm. The swing is a pull movement in principle of activating the lats. Or am I mistaken?
