Been using kettlebells for years, but this is the most original set of combos I've seen. Great stuff, I look forward to integrating some of your flows into my routines. Thank you.

Thank you so much man. I really feel that my stuff is the evolution of kettlebelltraining. I have spent hours upon hours developing movements and flows to create the most effective routines possible. You should check out my new DVD where I established the foundation of all of these movements. the link is included in this video. Thank you for your positive comments brother :-)

I’m already hurting from thinking about doing this tomorrow. 😅 Absolutely love the routine. Especially the combat moves & almost a shrimping move you’re doing. It’ll really help with Jits & Thai training. ✊

Curious if you are going for a certain rep count or do you do timed rounds for each flow? Great videos by the way. Changing from olympic weights to a more functional strength training focus like this has really helped my mobility on the mats and my core strength is so much better.
@maalik3106 жыл бұрын
olympic style lifts gonna build more overall raw power tho since it's heavier loads and you're using more limbs to do movement. I reccomend still doing both

You can flow far better with a ViPR than you can with. kettle bell. No contest.
@kettlejitsu718 жыл бұрын
Gene Davis I disagree totally. vipr has limited functional movement. I saw those things years ago in Europe. nobody uses them in the states
@GBlackshear17 жыл бұрын
Kettle-Jitsu Kettlebell and Body Weight Training Check out Genesis Performance.They are doing a flow certification that includes ViPR's among other tools. These kettlebell flows are definitely top notch though. Nobody is using them like this.
