you have to swirl the frother a bit as all the milk liquid sits in bottom, swirling it around few seconds incorporates the foam and liquid together and make the foam pour out more easily.

From what I am seeing is you need to pour out the milk the second its done or the foam doesn't come out very well.

You have to immediately pour the frothed milk...immediately...or the foam will stay in the frother. Otherwise, use a spoon to scoop the foam.

Ahhh not sure if you'll see this, but I've been trying to find a filter so that I can use whatever coffee grounds I like. The official Keurig Universal Filter doesn't fit, and I've tried another brand off of Amazon, but that one doesn't quite fit either. Do you know anything about this?

I haven't heard of this before. That's very annoying I'm sure. I've seen some at my local Walmart if you haven't tried there yet.

Hi I bought same and I had problems to start brewing and I fixed not filling the reservoir till max I just put low level and light started to blink. Do you knownhownto turn off I can't turn off just disconnect from outlet, any help will be appreciated Thanks

So some models automatically shut off after a period of time when not in use. The lights should stop blinking when it shuts off. I hope this helps and I'm sorry for the late reply.

I have water half full, but lights are not blinking. If I press one of the side buttons, the four lights will come on but not blink. Does anyone have any advice? 😣

Yes you don't have to use the frother every time you brew coffee.

Mine doesn't, but you could always just put ice in the cup before you brew.

If you can't get it to turn on it could be defective.

Follow instructions but don't fill reservoir till max just put a little water you will see light blinking and start from there
