I'm a barista and one tip that my boss gave me for lattes and cappuccinos is when you're done frothing the milk keep it in what you made it in and swirl it around I've found it works not sure about this one though!

I bought it for $79 at Walmart. I love it! The only thing that's a con for me is that it only froths the milk hot. But I'm not complaining. Starbuck's makes better cold drinks than I do anyway so I'll probably just get the cold foam in store 😅

Just bought this unit on Black Friday because of Walmart’s sale price of $79 CAD. Couldn’t afford the K-Cafe Smart unit at more than 3 times the price so I’ll enjoy this one and not feel guilty because I didn’t break the bank. I only drink decaf so I hope I can find enough coffee varieties to enjoy that are decaf.

If it's sitting on the base correctly, then it's broke. Keep in mind the machine won't brew coffee and froth at the same time. Mine broke after ~ 50 brews, and after a long discussion w Keurig they replaced it. See my comments above. I am curious if you resolved your issue with it?

Thank you for the video. A question- does the frother need to get charged? Mine makes a sound and the whisk spins if I keep the frother on the base. So, I've been taking it off the base because the whisk doesn't stop spinning when I'm not making hot milk.

It's broke. The frother is powered through the base, and has no battery. Mine stopped spinning after about 50 brews, then it decided to not stop spinning. After a long discussion w/ Keurig they replaced it. See my comment above. I am curious if you resolved the issue?

Mine also broke after about 50 brews. You should be able to leave the frother on the base. Push the button on the front of it and it spins the whisk inside, heats the milk, and shuts off automatically. Yours is broke. How did you resolve the issue from a year ago?

no it does not come apart, just rinse it under water, try not to get any water in the electrical connection on the bottom of the Frother. and do not immerse it in water.

kind of different machines, the keurig is faster and easier to clean, the mr coffee can make a large travel mug full of hot coffee and and great iced coffee but more clean up and little slower.

We loved this machine until the milk frother stopped working. We have been very careful with washing the inside after each use and keeping outside parts dry. The frother started not frothing as well over the last few weeks and as of today, it is dead. Any ideas regarding how we may fix it? We tried unplugging the whole machine with no luck.

@steadyeddie7453 We received another frother free of charge but then it stopped working as well within a few weeks. We gave up on the milk frother that came with the Keurig and bought a stand alone frother that works wonderfully. It’s a Capresso brand.

The official Keurig Universal Filter doesn't fit, and I've tried another brand off of Amazon, but that one doesn't quite fit either. Do you know anything about this? I just recently purchased this and I have tried to use my old Reusable K-cups from my previous Keurig. However, it just doesn't work.
