We have found it easy to make a cup that uses more than 12 oz. Just lift the lid and reclose it! Tgen, select the size you want and restart. We have some cups that use 16 oz and larger. We select 6 oz, then 10 oz. It works well.

I never have been able to make my Keurig k classic to make good coffee. My Mr Coffee makes great coffee. It is always to strong for me with the Keurig.

Mine quit working after a year and a half. from about the second week I hated the Multistream. Some pods would leak the water out of the top and was always kind of a pain. And how did they get it to splash so much!?!? I'm going back to an Elite.

What’s a good alternative that doesn’t splash? Elite? I heard the Elite is louder although you say it’s different because of noise reduction technology. Man, this is so obnoxious I really wish they could just make one that’s perfect.

My Mother got this machine this week, and I'd hoped she would have gotten one with a touch screen, but she got this one. I haven't tried the coffee yet frrom this machine, but I already don't like that the machine is too quiet! When I was testing it by using just water, it was too quiet, and YES, it gets VERY hot, but I don't like the fact that it's so quiet. The other one we had with a touch screen was louder and I trusted it. How do I know that it's making high quality coffee when it's so quiet?

I never realized the quality of coffee depended upon the machines noise...

Yes, it can brew any brand whether it's Folgers , Maxwell House, 8 O'clock , store brand ,.....the company did away with their Digital Rights Management thing on their machines because they received so much backlash from customers who were angry with not being able to brew pods that were licensed by Keurig/Green Mountain , all the new machines after the 2.0 line don't stop you from using any brand.

I have this exact one. Loved it for the year and a half that it worked. Just this morning it quit. Power button lights up but option buttons quit working. I'm very disappointed 😞.

almost broke mine during descale, watched videos where it ran out of water and turned off. Mine tripped the over heat protection. During the rinse the add water light never come on and it didn't stop. Bug?? Anyway it was a pain to get it reset.

@@mwnahas Im having this same issue! The water heats but not as much as during the descaling and cools down super fast! How did you reset it or fix the issue?

I've decided no more keurigs for me. I'm. Looking at other brands. Keurigs are just way too expensive and don't last very long.

These suck! the pods fill with water when you go to remove it, it spills all over coffee grinds and all.. it's a mess everytime I use it. the pod does not tilt!!! it just holds water

I own this. its crap compared to my past KEURIG K200. Run this shit without a pod into a cup and look at all the coffee grounds and if you use a biogegrably type pod that is just filter without the plastic "cup" ("Maxwell House House Blend Coffee 100% Compostable K Cup Coffee Pods"), it'll get a a lot of grounds in your coffee

You're supposed to do a rinse after you brew a coffee, that would clean out the needles and the pod holder from any leftover stuff from brewing coffee so it's clean and ready for the next time the machine is used and running a rinse will remove the grounds so if you wanna make some other kind of drink it won't have coffee grounds in it same with dispensing plain hot water for tea.
