Even the cadence is actually a rip-off of Doc Mitchell from Fallout New Vegas. Listen to how he says "our leader Chris". It is like a text-to-speech.

There's circumstances where you can request a refund beyond the 2 hr gameplay/2 week ownage limit. Usually for extreme cases of fraud, which I believe this game would definitely fall under.

They quite literally are advertising their extraction shooter as an open world MMO... now the massively part is not something you can guarantee but the open world part, that seems like it could be fought in court. Depends on semantics. But the overall quality of this game is absolutely one for a class-action lawsuit.
