Yeah he most likely has the hangers with the titanium Axels and baseplates from a standard hollow set. They are slightly taller than the forged Thats most likely why he runs em like that

The regular 159 and 159 hollow (not forged hollow) have the 6 mounting holes and are 55mm tall. Forged hollow and titanium’s are lower like 53.5mm or something.
