It's a long watch, but great a great one. Kevin lived down my road when he played for Pompey and always had time for us when we were playing football in the street. He used to show us a few tricks one of which was heading the ball against the kerb repeatedly really fast. We were well impressed. I still wouldn't be able to do it today. Ha ha. A great guy.

Best episode ever! Bally is an absolute Legend, absolutely love him. I remember being at home but I can't remember if it was against QPR or Wimbledon and I can't remember which way round it was, but it involved Vinnie Jones and Razor...think it was Razor first who'd been put on Bally and was attempting to kick him all over, but I remember seeing him go, nah, had enough of this as Bally had him in his pocket...Vinnie then comes on with Devil eyes and snorting and attempts to put Bally in his place.....ten minutes later I see him shake Bally's hand and go no that's it I've had enough, and every time the ball came near him he looks up to see Bally chasing him down and he just kept getting rid of it, totally stopped him from playing. Awesome stuff. Vinnie and Razor hardest men in football? Haha, no chance, not that day!

Just finished watching it. A TRUE Safc Legend(but we knew that already). EVERY Sunderland team should have a ‘Bally’. So on point with his views regarding the game and what makes a team successful. Passion, committment, dedication, performances and standards. We’ve never replaced him in my opinion. Yeah people go on about Cattermole, but i honestly think Bally delivered so much more. Add to that he bleeds Red n White just makes him even more of a crucial part of our history. Another quality UTC interview. Well played again Chris and the lads. 👏🏼👏🏼

Met bally about 10 year ago down Durham. We were watching the Sunderland game and him and couple of his mates sat the next table across from me and my friend. He's such a down-to-earth fellow, shows genuine interest in getting to know you, spoke well to everyone that approached him, top gent.
