Our teacher found its owner during a lesson and said ' If this is so interesting let's all have a listen then ' at slotted it into the class cassette player... Needless to say, what followed was one of my favourite childhood memories.

Back in the mid 90s, a friend of mine and her other half went to see Kev, after the show everyone was getting autographs, most were something like "get f#$ked, Kev" however, at the time my friend was about 8 and a half months up the duff, so Kev signed the shirt (his merch) she was wearing "Thanks for the root, Love Kev". She wore that shirt to hospital a week later when she went into labour, the nurses and the ob thought it was a cracker... 🙃🐨🇦🇺

First head of Kevin about 1989 when someone found a tape of his. Played it on a cassette to the office which stopped for some time! Most loved it, the usual thought it crude, childish, etc, but then they would. Since then followed his appearances but not until now realised his inteligence. Good interview, honest and funny. If only more people were like as open and without malice. Hats off to you.

Steve Irwin hada great marketing idea to flog Aussie nature to Americans. Pander and tallk to the audience like they're all 5 year olds, use quaint out of date Aussie slang we last heard in a Chips Rafferty film, over animated facial expressions, etc. It was a cringefest and he was the fakest "Aussie" in the public eye. About the opposite of Paul Hogan. So if you mean pc as in meaning he's so fake because nothing about real Aussies is acceptable to be shown on global tv then that's your opinion. I'm not bagging his work or intentions, he did a lot for nature awareness, however his "act" as an Aussie did no good for our image.

@@danielscott4514to be honest as a chef myself I completely understand why Ramsay gets as mad as he does on set though most of it is staged for tv especially idiot sandwich etc But chefs spend decades building trust reputation gaining Michelin stars for example One tiny f up from another colleague lower rank chef no joke it’s not them that gets in trouble or goes to prison over say an allergen or a pest gnawing at stock in the dry store it’s always the head chef So many ways to harm a customer in a kitchen and serious fines repercussions some are unlimited and of course closure of the business from EHO or negative reviews that continue spreading years later bad press news Now imagine that happens to Ramsay himself He’s a very good mentor and passionately cares about teaching people to cook that’s nothing to be taken for granted I’ve met far far nastier chefs than Gordon that literally would love to screw with peoples futures and mental health wouldn’t mind driving someone to suicide potentially especially if they have learning difficulties or similar it’s fair game to some to exploit and make fun of people that are so keen to learn earn money I’ve been a victim of workplace discrimination more than once in the hospitality trade job number 10 of mine which is much better to be honest Some chefs think it’s funny almost to mess someone’s future up because they only care about their paycheck and stress and not about getting other apprentices for example where they deserve to be to pass They’ll happily turn someone suicidal just to save their own reputation and pretend it’s all their fault they’re not progressing even if they ask to get the opportunity every day they just dick them around and because they’re in their probationary period they don’t even have any legal ground to complain often
