they deserved the win. giannis didn’t deserve this series either for many reasons. kyrie hurt, harden played hurt, harris sucked, game 5/6 was nets vs refs, and they got away with fouls all series. this series was handed to giannis and he was an inch away from losing it yet yall wanna give him all this respect. and congrats he shot amazing and put up great numbers against blake fucking griffin. i was lowkey a giannis fan before this series but like seeing all the respect he getting from this series is crazy

Yessir, if his foot wasn’t on the line, the nets would’ve won, harden would have a ring, kd wouldn’t be hated on as much (or maybe he would, who knows with these mindless haters) by warriors fans who say he needs curry to win and his legacy would have changed since he stayed with his team even through injury, harden would’ve stayed and they might’ve repeated this year. With momentum and harden. Giannis still has time to win a ring, and kd and harden don’t have as much as him. This would’ve been basically tied with kawhi’s shot if not better because they were down by 2.

I get that Harden is coming off of an injury and he's nowhere near at the top of his game, but in these past 2 to 3 games there were multiple posessions where he literally held the ball, not even dribble it, he literally held and hugged the ball for the entire shot clock until he finally passes it to KD with like 3 seconds left on the clock that forces him to take a tough shot. And these were all on valuable posessions where the game is like tied or within 3 points late in the 4th
