People been saying LeBron > KD, Kyrie > Curry. Don't look that way to me. Thompson and Green are playing OK, and Love is contributing. Cavs on paper have the better bench so if you think about it these games should be at least close. Before you bash me or anything I am a fan of neither of these teams, I'm a Mavs fan. No excuses for either team for losing, both teams are healthy and KD joining the Warriors shouldn't be a problem for the Cavs because according to a lot of people LeBron > KD, Kyrie > Curry.

Niczer0 its a whole different story last year. HBarnes was left open last year and failed to deliver. They cant do that to KD now and KD has a better defense, he blocks shots with his length and reach. with KD and Steph providing the scoring Klay can exert most of his effort locking down Kyrie. KD on Isolation with the splash brothers spotting threes on the wing and Draymond can shoot too.

If LeBron > KD then it should still not be a problem. LeBron should be handling KD on both defense and offense, same with Kyrie > Curry. Cavs has the better bench on paper and Klay and Draymond are playing inconsistent these playoffs. Curry being unhealthy had a lot more to do with them losing last year than HBarnes.

Everybody understood their role, committed, talented, organized and mostly great ball sharing, ball movement & unselfishness. With that much talent it so rare to see how unselfish they were. There is no team in NBA basketball history as devastating offensively as this 2017 warriors team. Ppl could hate or say anything they want to discredit KD rings but this KD was top 1. It appears that his peak was right at this time. He could play at this level anywhere doesn't matter who s facing or playing with. I wish we could see more of KD in Finals. the narrative around the best player would be different and smh since he left in 2019 his luck sucked.
