I knew Kevin Fox. He painted my house in Dardanelle Arkansas. He was an outstanding person to know. When he was at my house, we spoke about Jesus and the things Jesus does for us each day. Kevin went out of his way for people, and he loved his wife and children and family so very much. Kevin will be well missed. But we know where Kevin is right now. He is up in Heaven with his heavenly Father and his child. Kevin you will be missed by many people that you touched their loves and heart. You will be missed by your wife and children and family and friends. Our prayers go out to his wife and children and 👪 family and friends. Rest in peace Kevin Fox God Bless 🙌 🙏 Mike S

Because of a coerced confession in a videotape by the police. On the scene of the crime, investigators recovered sneakers with the name "Eby" inside, which pertains to the real murderer, Scott Eby, along with DNA match, and a confession by Scott Eby himself.

Police interrogated him for 12+ hours after getting off a very long work shift. Lack of sleep and pressure from police made him confess to it.

Seems suspicious to me. I'd rather let my death go cold than have someone wrongly convicted I keep saying this, because it's true, and all the police want to do is not to solve crimes but get all the freebies they can and blame the first person they can do they don't have to earn their paycheck just like the teachers

you sound stupid right now. the arrest was back in 2004 he was locked up for 8 months. He himself made a false confession. Dna cleared him and 6 years later the REAL MURDERER confessed and was convicted. this car accident was a mere accident, the person who hit him also died if this was some conspiracy to silence him they would have did this back in 2004 to show respect for the deceased ....you educate yourself before you speak on it. and showing respect isn't ignorantly talking about conspiracies and bs. grow up weirdo
