@Gabriel Moeller Okay, if you’re ever arrested, I hope you’ll be satisfied to be found guilty before there’s ever a trial. Just tell the judge as soon as the charges are read you’d like your sentence right now. You obviously don’t believe in the American principle of trials. You can just go to jail as soon as the judge reads the charges. As for those who believe in the regular justice, it goes like this: there needs to be probable cause for arrest, some facts to support charges (which will be read in court), BUT the person is not found guilty until after a trial at which time they have been proven guilty beyond reasonable doubt. Many people are arrested and later set free because they are found innocent and/or charges are dropped.

No. You maybe paddle the dog a little or rub his nose in it and tell him NO until he gets the message. But we do that to people. We ignore the crimes of kids for years until the crimes get bigger and bigger and we let them off because they're kids then one day they grow up and we decide to either put them in jail for life or execute them. It's kinda cruel when you think about it and not entirely their fault because they were never told NO. I'm not saying we should let criminals like this off, but as a society we need to do better with showing them right from wrong and holding them responsible for their behavior starting at a very young age.

The current status of the suspects involved in the murder of Willian Tunchez is as follows: Franecha Torres was convicted of the murder and sentenced to life in prison without the possibility of parole. She is currently incarcerated at Pulaski State Prison. Nicholas Evans and Khalil Miller were also charged with robbery and murder in connection with the crime. Evans was identified as the one who shot Tunchez, while Miller assisted in the attack. Both participated in a setup that involved luring Tunchez to the location under false pretenses. The three teens had been involved in a crime spree, and Tunchez was shot and killed after a struggle over a gun during the planned robbery. Torres’ reaction to her charges gained attention during her court appearance. All three are now serving sentences for their roles in the crime

@thaistomp5 жыл бұрын
Soph M girls are always luring guys to get murdered. What’s up with that? Smh
@gbengaodugbemi5 жыл бұрын
Lol, that’s actually wrong. Luring someone to literally get killed is similar as murder because the law views the person luring as accessory before the fact (the crime), and equates the punishment for both parties, because aiding and abetting is literally just as actually committing the crime. However, in this case, the intention of luring the man was to rob him by the use of arm, probably a gun (which is a felony - armed robbery). Follow me, now, if someone is killed during the commission of a felony, even though that wasn’t the parties’ involved intention, the law classified the murder that occurs as “felony murder”, I.E. a murder that occurred during the commission of a felony. This is what happened in this case - felony murder - if you hear the charges against her when it was read, the judge clearly said “felony murder”, not “murder”, these 2 are different in law. The “good thing” about felony murder which she’s charged with is that she won’t get the murder punishment of “death penalty” (which is valid/active in the State of Georgia), although she might get another lesser punishment. The reason why she won’t get the death penalty is because she wasn’t the one who pulled the trigger, which means she didn’t kill, also, it wasn’t her intention to kill the man, neither did she made an attempt to kill the man. [This is a US Supreme Court Judgment-Enmund vs. Florida]. Additional knowledge: the only 2 grounds upon which she could be sentenced to death apart from the above is if she was a major participant in the murder (which is obviously not the case here) OR if she had acted with reckless indifference to the deceased’s life (which is also not the case here). [This is also a US Supreme Court decision-Tison vs. Arizona].

I mean it is innocent until proven guilty. If she’s innocent, there’s no reason for her to express any remorse. Before I get witch hunted for expressing an unpopular opinion, just know that this video with no context in no way, no matter how many times you watch it, means she’s guilty of anything.

Her friends probably are the ones who killed but since she was connected with it she'll get charged with murder too.
