Man I used to lift and then the nurse that administered the COVID vaccine to me injected it too high in my arm causing SIRVA. Tore a rotator cuff and grew a lipoma in that shoulder within 2 weeks. Can’t play guitar professionally ever again as my arm goes numb, and can’t lift anything over 20 pounds with that arm. You’re an inspiration man, I wish I was as strong as you.
