He said Africans have been under attack since the last four hundred years; I believe he meant to say the last 3000 years. African history didn’t start with the transatlantic slave trade.

I admire African Americans, they fought so hard for their freedom and wish African people from Ethiopia (Abyssinia), Sudan/Egypt (Nubians), Somalia (Punt land), Uganda who are all Cushitic & Nilotic . These native ethnicities also migrated to other parts of Africa. All Africans should unite, our history is stolen or denied by Europeans and Arabs (where many do not identify themselves as an African). Egypt is in Africa.

True. I believe African Americans fight harder because they are more informed than Africans. Most Africans are very miseducated and misinformed about their origin story and identities

Sudanese are Arab and black, genius. Even African Americans have nothing to do with Abassynia, Nubia or anyone where from East Africa. Egypt is Middle East and or North Africa. 19:05: the beliefs of a people is hardly proof of anything...I mean...some aborigines of Australia hold that they sprouted from the continent, that they didn't not come from anywhere else, which contradicts robust scientific findings, lol, including genetics...everyone comes from Africa...the Nazis also had interesting origin stories...what the Egyptians believed about themselves doesn't really mean anything...4:44: nature didn't impose limits on human anatomy confined to the physical restraints of continents, lol...just because someone was in Africa doesn't mean they would be recognized as black from our modern point of view...I'm not saying there is validity to the concept of race, lol, I'm just saying that when we say "a black man", we mean something nowadays, nature didn't impose some barrier that made sure everyone in a given continent were of what we would nowadays consider to be the same ethnicity, lol...Russians and Chinese are both in Asia, lol, most people would consider most Russians white, and most Chinese folks...Asian, lol, they don't tend to say "yellow" in the US...6:48 the count there, Constantine Valney, lol, seems to have later retracted those statements, etc, after seeing more representations of ancient Egyptians, etc...I mean, I don't think that was a later bout of racism, lol, he seems to have been an "ami des noirs", lol, he seems to have been an abolitionist, etc...he probably just deemed that not all of the statues, etc, seem to be black people...I don't know, Wikipedia says he later retracted his statements, don't know that for sure, etc...

@@CrowdPleeza You have to know that most of the Dark Skin Coloured people ie Kushites Nubians moved south because of the invasion of Persians, Medes, Arabs and Europeans That is why North Africa is occupied mainly by light skinned people from the Middle East and Europe. The Arabs are of mixed ethnic origin. Yes the ancient Black people of Egypt and Ethiopia had a great influence on the civilisation in Black Africa before the advent of the Persians, Medes, Arabs and European in Africa.
@Sekou156
@Sekou156 Жыл бұрын
@@CrowdPleeza Egypt is born out of Africa so the question u ask is illogical. We don't ask how the child influenced the parents. Egyptian culture; their social institutions ( matrilineal) , political institutions and spirituality is 100% African. Any Black African people can easily identify elements of their cultures in the pharaonic civilization.
@CrowdPleeza
@CrowdPleeza Жыл бұрын
@@Sekou156 Ok but did any west and central Africans adopt any Egyptian influences? You find more direct Greco-Roman influences among those Europeans. Yes you can find some types of similarities between the Egyptians and other Africans below the Sahara. People can share similarities without them having made contact. The Mayan Indians share similarities with Egypt.

Black men were the the ones who first attacked black people in KEMET. That's where the gender wars/attack on the black woman started. She was removed by BLACK men from her natural place, which was as the leader. After that the black men allowed other races to be integrated with them; because they no longer kept Matriarchal rule as law. These other races eventually started to take over and conquer the blacks. Same thing happens today; black men devalue/replace the black woman, integrates with other races, interracially marry and transfer wealth to them then everything falls to pieces, loses everything. Same thing happened in KEMET. Until black men truly understand this, nothing will change.

How is it that some of these people want to be all high and mighty, having an arrogant air of understanding, all knowing, yet they can’t understand that ancient Egypt did not look back then the way it looks today. The people there now are of arab, persian, and european decent. How is it hard to understand that the demographics changed through war, conquest, invasion, intermixing. How is this such a hard concept for them to grasp?

It's not a difficult concept at all. The same demographic changes happened in the Levant, Anatolia, and over all of Europe. The people 7 thousand years ago may be different than 5 thousand or 3 thousand years ago. No one thought that people living in Europe 7 thousand years ago would have dark skin and blue eyes. Neolithic farmers in the Levant did not look like the people there today. 5 thousand years ago they had light skin, light hair and sometimes blue eyes. Just a short walk to the Nile delta. They could have easily settled into lower Egypt. Darker skinned people could easily have moved down the Nile and conquered them. We know because such movements happened repeatedly over the millennia. DNA evidence will probably prove everyone wrong. Or, at least not entirely correct or entirely wrong.

I took my own trip to see with my own eyes. THEY'RE BLACK! This is why it's important to take your own trips. Folks wouldn't dig up the graves of their own people. Also, you can still find Nubians in Egypt. There's a lot of "remodeling" going on but old pictures are still on the net and you can't deny the thousands of carvings and artwork in the temples. Behind the guards and gates, it's blackety black black. It's a religious and global govt cover up because the truth will collapse several power structures!

Black people: this is why it’s important to teach your children YOUR history. If you don’t know it, research it snd pass it to your children. Do NOT expect whites to teach your kids about YOUR history. They’re too busy trying to keep you from it. I was born with parents that taught me black history. I was given an African name and all of my cousins and siblings have African names. I knew the history of Africa since the time I could walk. It literally breaks my heart to find out my people do not know their history. THIS allows whites snd Arabs to steal it. I am 47 yrs old and know black people who don’t know where Kemet is or kush. It’s just insane. People, please teach your children. PLEASE! I am proud of Kevin Hart for knowing this because I know he’s taught his children. :)

The Greeks did not steal knowledge from Egypt. It was given to them freely and they give credit to the Egyptians many times in their writings. Additionally, the Egyptian civilization was dying when the Greeks first started interacting with the Egyptians. The Libyan Saites had retaken Egypt and the best of the Egyptian religious scholars had already left for Kush by the time of Thales. Those Egyptians who interacted with the Greeks were simply reading papyrus rolls they themselves barely understood in the hope that the Greeks could improve on their ancestors works. During the Kushite dynasty or the New Kingdom era the priest would have been incredibly more restrictive.

Most of the ancient pharaonic names bear remarkable semblance to names of kings of Akan royals in Ghana, West Africa. 1.Pharaoh Khufu =Akuffu or Kufuor (both presidents of Ghana from the Akan tribe) 2. Pharaoh Tutankhamun= Tutu Ankamah (royal Akan name)( as in Osei Tutu) 3. Pharaoh Akhenaten = Akhenten (royal Akan name)(as in Oti Akhenten) 4. Ankh Ra= Ankhra(Ankra)(typical Akan name as in Twumasi Ankra) The list is endless. Ancestors of the Akans migrated from Egypt to present day Ghana through Timbuktu. Our kings have been saying this since time immemorial.

We know our history and we also know about European culture vultures . Egypt was birthed out of Kush and the Sudan. Ancient Egypt was invaded by many nations… The Assyrian invasion 671 BC, Persians 525 BC, Alexander the Macedonian 333 BC, Julius Caesar and his Roman Legions 50 BC, The Arabs in 640 AD and finally the Turkic (Caucasians)16th century. The Turks are predominantly who inhabit the land of Egypt today, they are the descendants of those who invaded the land. The invaders came, invaded the land and drove the indigenous Africans to the south. When you know history, you erase the mystery.

There’s really no discussion to be had on this subject because we have DNA tests that have already identified the race and ethnicity of the Ancient Egyptians. The study was conducted by a team of renowned geneticists and leading experts from reputable institutions all over the world. The groundbreaking study was initiated and led by the current day Egyptian scientists, attempting to extract DNA from the mummified bodies, most over 1,000 years old. And they were successful, they found tissue, hair and bones still intact. I find that to be so amazing. They successfully tested 91 viable samples from different mummies and the genetic information proves that the Ancient Egyptians are the most closely related to current day Europeans. They were Caucasian people and maybe had a little more of an olive skin tone but the conclusion is they were Greeks who followed Alexander the Great into the Egyptian waters and they established a society there for many years. There are plenty of publishings and medical journal articles to verify these facts but the people in current day Egypt are darker skinned because of the migration out of sub Saharan Africa during the slave trade that didn’t occur until 600 years or so, after the end of the Ancient Egypt civilization was built. Meaning, the Egyptian period that we refer to, regarding the pyramids, mathematics, mummies/tombs, Cleopatra, etc. I realize that people may get upset when they find out that they were white, even though I don’t see why that matters. The focus should be recognizing how incredible it is, that the scientific advancement allowed us the ability to identify something so old, it’s astonishing to me. And before anyone freaks out on me because I’m white and thinks that’s why I’m saying this, that’s not true. And a lot of the leaders of the project are black and African, along with other races of scholars from different parts of the world. There isn’t an agenda and it’s a DNA test, it’s not a theory so it’s not something to debate as much as it is to acknowledge.

56:50 φυλή does not mean race, it has been adapted to modern times to include this construct and is most certainly a word used in ancient Greek. At the time, it was used to describe a clan, tribe or group of people. Such as, Η Ελληνική φυλή, the Hellenic people. You are quite correct, it would be inconcievable for a group of people to describe themselves by race or color - which is why we see nothing of the kind. For example, people describing themselves or others by "The Blacks" or the "The Whites" and so forth, did not exist at the time.

King Tut's Y-DNA is R1b-M269 I believe. The most common Y-DNA haplogroup in Northwestern Europe today. So he definitely was not black. And, the oldest known inhabitants of Egypt who are still around today, of course, are the Copts. And they're definitely not black either. Not by a long shot. It's safe to say that the Ancient Egyptians were not black. They did however use a lot of Nubian slaves so there are no doubt some black African genes in Egypt today.
@elliottbrown1329
@elliottbrown1329 Жыл бұрын
Haplogroups are not representative of phenotype. The African R1b is a different and much older branch than the Europwan version. Modern Egyptian Copt and Muslims cluster with Arabs from Qatar-they are not even African much less "the oldest known inhabitants". There was no such entity as Nubia in the ancient times.
@johnroberts7018
@johnroberts7018 Жыл бұрын
@@elliottbrown1329 this is not accurate. You might say that "R1b" itself contains different phenotypes, of course. But the particular subclades, like R1b-m269 DO consist of some very general phenotypes. White, western European males. Just like R1b-V88 is found in black sub-Saharan African males around Cameroon.
@elliottbrown1329
@elliottbrown1329 Жыл бұрын
@@johnroberts7018 Stop pretending like you remote know what you are talking about. You simply do not. There is absolutely no academic source identifying Tut as R1b-m269. That is bullsh!t. Geographic population affinity is not located in the sex chromosome or mtDNA. To assess where a person is from one uses nuclear or atDNA. The methodology was developed by the FBI and Human Genome Project and has been used by academia and commercial labs for over 20 years. If you actually studied the issue you would know that the 18th dynasty, and the Amarna Family of ancient Kemet have had their atDNA sequenced and population affinity assigned by academia and commercial labs using standardized str markers. The determination is they have affinity with the modern populations of The Great Lakes Region, Tropical West Africa and South Africa.
