@@brian6speedthe more times a mold has been run, the more space between the bottom and the top of the mold appears. This is what causes flashing. And this is why innova has 10 destroyer molds.

​@@kevinjones7007 as a machinist myself, learning this through Jesse from trash panda was awesome to figure out, it just shows that because prodigy was a much smaller business years ago, and were producing their own discs, they had to cut corners on saving money sometimes and unfortunately that came in the form of the molds not being properly maintained. The flashing happens to all companies, I've even had kastaplast and latitude discs I own have slight flashing, no company is fully safe, prodigy just had some of the worst of it because their quality control would let the discs with bigger flashing pass through

I started putting with invaders this year! I switched from alpacas. It was the shallow feel along with the flat tops that made me switch. Way more comfortable. I use DX plastic right now, but I have two XT’s that I’m probably going to switch to.

I have weirdly enough ended up putting with invaders. It's flat, shallow, great in tailwind and sidewind but it's especially consistent into headwind imo. Just as you have found out Kevin, the dimensions are almost identical to the pa-3. And you've prob noticed it has less glide than the pa-3. - Xt plastic has the most glide and goes straighter. It is noticably more understable than the other plastics if you try to throw it off the tee. - Halo Nexus has the same stability and glide as star plastic. (I think they kept the halo Nexus & Nexus in some kind of cavity constraints while it sets. And you can feel it on the inside of the rim.) - Star is great for throwing and it's not as hard and slick as the halo star. - Champion Luster has the similar stability as star and halo Nexus when new. Some of the Luster plastic is so grippy you can almost putt with em, and some are just as slick and hard as the standard champion plastic. Some are flat and some are puddle top.

Kev you need to get some of the old Glo TL's. They hold up forever and have a little more finish than a regular TL. Lasers. Well...for a slower arm like me. Prob a perfect little hyzer flip disc for you. And would fit well in the bag.

Galactic Nexus Aviar Drivers might be the putter you're looking for. Very similar stiffness/tack as the KCs in your bag, but are much flatter.

Bro with your throwing style you have to check out either the Katana or the Shryke. Get a Halo Shryke and a metal flake Katana and I bet those things bomb for you. Oh and you have to check out the Racer too just learning it still but so far it seems to be a great disc, especially for forehands

You should try putting with a Nexus Whale, or if you can putt with Infinite molds, the N-blend Myth. Closest you'll get to the PA-3. Good luck this season!

You should try out a bullfrog for putting. More shallow than a kc pro, but still has a bead and fights well in the wind

@kevinjones7007 that's interesting for sure. The halo star bosses had overstability for sure but the first champ halo one was so much more os for me. The next couple I got were as well. I like the 2022 pink and white halo calvin destroyers too, and then a couple of the bosses if it gets crazy windy or I need big distance with the guaranteed fade. Looking forward to seeing you get dialed in. If I can get down to something like usdgc I may have a disc or two for you 👍🏼

If you want a thinner profile Aviar look for some Valerie Mandujano tour series galactic aviars with the Texas foil. Noticeably thinner than any other aviar I’ve felt but a little more depth than the invader.
