That looks really good! Puppy doing his thing was great. About a month we took sons chocolate lab bird hunting. No training, just took him with us. He quickly figured out if he found a bird, flushed it after shot, he would be able to go find it. Find it he did. He found every one.

Great vlog way back when my father trained beagles to trail it was fun we started them at 8 to 10 weeks we always trained them with the deer sacks on there legs and blood from deer its a awesome thing seeing a dog you trained find a deer tht humans wouldn't have found great video Rob

I really enjoy to how respectful u are and the care that you have (firstly) with the process of hunting and processing the animal meat and (secondly) on your approach on the (nowadays not so obvious) educational aspect of the meat eating subject. It's not a walk in the park for everyone to take a animal life, nonetheless, looks like young people nowadays thinks that meat comes from trees or grows on the back of the supermarkets, especially processed food like ham, bacon, jerk meat and etc.

Pretty sure Rob was just doing what all guys do and just giving him shit...I see so many guys who talk to each other that way... it's just the way they have friendly banter.... The one to ask if he was offended is Kevin. Perhaps that is how they always are to each other. It's funny because I saw quite a few comments on this video bashing and being rude to Rob which in itself is very hypocritical... about how they thought he was being rude to Kevin...and also commented how they think his ego is too big. Personally, I would have to disagree...yes he could have been a bit gentler with some of his comments (if in fact he was actually trying to be rude to him, which I doubt.) It just sounded to me like guys shitting on each other in a mean, but loving way. Sometimes people are so comfortable around each other that this is just what they do and they don't take offense to it. I don't know for 100% but as far as Rob supposedly having too big of an ego....I think Rob has proved time and time again that he is one of the BEST hunters out there. He checks his bows and guns regularly, target practices before every hunt, cares about the animals he is harvesting & respects them for what they are, living beings, which he has shown us in many , many videos. I think he was just trying to show him what he did wrong, hoping he did it correctly the next time because Rob cares about the deer that they all shoot and respects them. I am sorry, I am a woman that doesn't hunt, but it bothered me a lot when Kevin missed the first buck and who knows if he wounded that deer (which was my worry that is was left wounded and suffering.) Which is something Rob doesn't like seeing and strives to not do. The second buck, in my opinion, he barely got, considering the deer ran as far as it did and more then likely suffered for quite a while before it finally laid down and died. I felt that Kevin needed way more practice before hunting especially with a new bow or gun that he hasn't used before. Perhaps, left to his own devices or equipment, Kevin may be better at shooting than what this video showed, and I am sure he may have been nervous with Rob there, being on video & shooting with a new bow that he wasn't used to, but sadly the deer was the one who paid the price and suffered. There is nothing wrong with learning from more experienced hunters or getting pointers on what you could do better... please don't come for me for expressing my opinion but that's just how I see it judging from what was shown in this video. I get why others saw something different but we all know deep down that Rob is a good guy, a very experienced hunter and is usually really nice to all of his buddies. We also have seen videos time and time again of him and other buddies giving each other shit and this video, in my eyes, really was no different. So, I didn't care much for the RUDE comments from his subscribers talking shit about Rob... Those people are being very hypocritical to call Rob out for being rude & having a big ego when they are doing exactly the same thing to Rob in the comment section!! The only difference is ROB and Kevin are friends and know each other and chances are they just always have friendly banter on the rude side to one another. However all of the people in the comment section are total strangers that don't even know Rob on a personal level, & only see 30 minutes out of a day on a hunt, so for them to comment something rude to Rob about how he was acting to his buddy was just as rude if not more, then Rob was being to his buddy. Just saying... just my two cents, take it or leave it. Oh and I don't care to get into a pissing match so if you don't agree with or like my comment just scroll on past it please...

Hey Robert, long time fan of the channel. Congrats Kevin on the nice deer. Love the fact that you travel, as well Robert, and have made your way up here to Canada lots of times, but like most in the states, you overlook an amazing natural resource, that of the east coast. Here in New Brunswick Canada we have great deer hunting, super black bear hunting, moose galore, trout, salmon and striper bass fishing, as well as a thriving lobster industry. Plus, we just recently have been granted permission to turkey hunt. I think you would be more than satisfied to make your (and Sara's) way here. I'd even do all I could to help facilitate it if you wanted. On a more personal note, as a disabled hunter myself, I appreciate all the time and effort you put in to helping those who can't do for themselves. Cheers.
