@Karina Peters With regards to medical usage: There are prescription drugs that are not only addictive but can also kill you outright if you take too much. So the argument against things like cannabis seem absurd to me. Especially so considering things used to treat depression and anxiety (as an example) can actually cause extreme suicidal ideation and the things they are prescribed to stop.

I'm so gutted I couldn't make it to see this movie, there was just no way I could afford it, especially with the travel, right before xmass as all my spare money has got to go on presents for my kids. You can go from the southern border in California to the Arctic Circle in Alaska, and recreational cannabis is legal all the way. There are big signs in the Portland, OR airport, warning people that cannabis is not legal in many states and countries. It's been legal here so long, even before California, and everyone just forgets how uptight other places are.
