The actor Kevin Spacey has given a TV interview saying he has been "baselessly attacked", ahead of a documentary which appears to make new claims by a number of men about his behaviour towards them.
Mr Spacey was found not guilty at trials in the United States and the UK following allegations of sexual misbehaviour.

Whether he's guilty or not, it just goes to show, that once the court of public opinion has made up its mind, there's no escape for anyone. And that's not a sentence that can ever be fully served. This is the real flaw of society.

He's a sociopath raised in a profession rampant with sexual deviants preying on innocent and often greedy wannabes. *Occam's razor.* I choose to believe Anthony Rapp and Roberto Cavazos. When questioned about their testimony and specific physical acts, Mr. Spacey says things like *_"I can't remember such an encounter,"_* then later apologizes and announces he will *_"take some time to seek unspecified "evaluation and treatment."_* Then he announces to the world press he is gay. Heather Unruh holds a press conference in which she accuses Spacey of groping her son at a Nantucket bar in 2016. Tony Montana comes forward and accuses Spacey of groping him in 2003. At least 20 young men over the age of 18 came forward at the London theater, the Old Vic, to report alleged sexual misconduct by Spacey. Even people like Director Ridley Scott said he wasn't "completely surprised" by Spacey allegations. So, yes, your guess is correct. Whether he did or whether he didn't, is not the important thing in my opinion. What is serious is how rapidly Trial by Media has developed in recent years. Proving how difficult it is to prove a sexual assault charge. In Scots Law there is something called the Moorov Doctrine, which derives from a draper, in Glasgow, in the 1930s who advertised for female models and assaulted them. Because sexual assault usually happens in the shadows, it often turns into a "he said/she said" stalemate, where nothing can be proved nor denied. The Moorov Doctrine relies on mutual corroboration, on the basis of a similar crime being committed in a similar way over a period of time - thus establishing a pattern of conduct.

Money buys the audience and jury. This man has avoided being found guilty because of his wealth. One thing I sought to agree with him is that we should question the network and entertainment industries. The network and entertainment industries have consistently covered up these abuses because they are profitable.

Really?!?! You can see the hurt, and pain in these men's eyes.....some come to tears even.......these GUYS are great actors, if they are making these stories up...........I believe them........I don't it hard to believe that these guys came out of NO WHERE, just to make up stories about Kevin Spacey. Yes, he was not guilty on some charges, because there was NO EVIDENCE. There may be NO EVIDENCE in the case of these guys, but thay doesn't mean their lying, in my opinion. If anything, Kevin got lucky and wasn't charged. In my opinion, I believe them. And it's sad, they will probably never get justice, for what Kevin Spacey did to them.

Why do people blindly defend people, despite mountains of evidence and accusations, just because they have seen them on the damn TV? This is why victims are so scared to come forward. If this was a 63 year old painter and decorater from Cornwall you'd all have no doubt of his guilt, but you've seen him in a few movies you liked so he's innocent? Because he's an actor? Ask Brandon Routh what he's really like.

I believe he's guilty but I don't know who Brandon is but I guess I'll have to look him up . Kevin's brother Randy Fowler has done a lot of interviews here talking about how abusive the father was and that he was a real predator . He said when he read what the victims describe this happening he said it terrified him because it was the same stuff the father did to him Randy and he believes it happened to Kevin also and that Kevin for whatever reason became like the father
