a bang. For her meal she cooked "chicken with 40 cloves of garlic". The next day she was amazed that no one in the fashion house complained of the smell of garlic. Elizabeth David concluded that you just had to eat enough garlic to eliminate complaints! I was reading this on the west coast of Scotland and had never seen garlic (or obscure/exotic foodstuffs like avocados or artichokes) in the shops. Thank you for reminding me of my younger days - and my gratitude that I now live in a more cosmopolitan Britain.

I don't mind doing laundry, as I can watch a video or listen to a podcast while I am hanging and folding it. I really hate vacuuming. I made a deal with my husband 35 years ago that he would vacuum and I would do the bathrooms. We kind of got out of that habit, but he has started vacuuming again recently. While watching this video, I was cutting up mangoes to freeze in portions for my morning yogurt. I really hate doing that, so I was happy to watch you garden and cook and listen to you play while I skinned, diced, and used my own bench scraper to transfer the mango into muffin tins to freeze. Great flow to the day, which I'm going to try starting today. You usually start with walking Avery, and your workout, wearing relaxed t shirt, etc. Then, still wearing the t shirt but looking good, you do errands before getting down and dirty in the garden. Looks like you shower afterwards, change into the clothes for the day, and flow into the next phase of the day refreshed .... you tackle the main housework after lunch, pop in laundry and do desk work. You fit in a relaxation break before starting to prep dinner and flowing into the evening meal. Remind me to get an earlier start to the day, as you do! Thanks for sharing.

Hello Kevin….I never grew cabbage but remember reading …to avoid cabbage worms attacking the tender foliage, you place some type of sleeve under it, or around it, don’t remember, but I’m sure you could goggle it. My least favorite household task is the whole house….hahahaha….but I do it diligently. As a child I played the piano, but alas, never kept it up….thank you for your beautiful video, how refreshing. I will tell you what the one thing I most like about your videos.
