Here in the states Lidl use to sell a frozen cream spinach they imported from France. I can say without a doubt it was the best I ever tasted. If the French can do such a superb job with creamed spinach, I can only imagine how wonderful your food must be.
@annecassidy4448Ай бұрын
@@bridgettstephens5582Ooooooh! And think what the cabbage pie would taste like with the addition of the creamed spinach! Another good idea for a variant on this recipe! Yum, yum - another wonderful part of Kevin’s videos: they inspire each of us to think of “options” and share them with this community. Thanks!
@bridgettstephens5582Ай бұрын
@annecassidy4448 I have to admit that the creamed spinach from France spoiled me. Can't bring myself to eat or use any other brand. Fingers crossed, Lidl brings it back this year, especially since it sold out so quickly last year.

Those celery tops and leaves would be so nutritious in a carrot juice! I’m involved in an alternative approach to treating my cancer - multiple myeloma, and juicing is a HUGE way to get nutrients and give my gut a rest from working so hard breaking foods down… and I FEEL the energy that follows drinking it. Plus, celery is wonderful for high blood pressure… am looking forward to that oatmeal… full of cancer fighting foods.
