What a wonderful Friendsgiving menu!! I love recipes that can be prepared ahead, too! Looking at those luscious potato stacks, it occurred to me that they could be prepared and flash-frozen. That way, you can store and enjoy them as a quick side dish whenever you want something sort of fancy.

I like the idea of "Friendsgiving Dinner". I'm often invited to friends holiday dinners but I also am invited to my family's holiday dinners, which of course I like to attend, so this provides a way to celebrate with friends. The menu looks delicious. I especially like the parmesan potato stacks, which would be a nice thing to bring to a family holiday dinner or holiday pot luck. They're a little extra effort but if you only had to make one dish they'd definitely be worth it. The apple tart dessert looks wonderful too.
