The first time I made this last week actually. I divided the recipe in half and added blueberries to one and glazed both. I should have taken photos but they were gone so fast. However, thank you for recipe very delicious.

Hi Kevin: Happy Birthday to me! Today is my birthday and I am now 72 years young! As is usual for me now, my thoughts go out for the many people I have known who were not so fortunate. I have been truly blessed. You and these video presentations are a HUGE blessing to me! I'm going to make this lemon cake for myself to enjoy later today when I will be having afternoon tea. I have you to thank for both traditions! Thankfully I have all of the tools and supplies on hand that I will need. Give that cute little Binky kitty a love pat from me. Hi Kevin! 👋 I made your Lemon cake last night! 😋 OMG that is the most easy & delicious cake I think I've ever made!!! I substituted Greek yogurt for the sour cream. It came out of the pan perfectly. The taste and texture is so wonderful and fragrant. You've inspired me to try more of your scrumptious recipes! I added a simple white drizzle of a frosting, and made it even more dangerous! Dear Kevin I adore anything lemon. Thank you . Just be careful of a feral kitten. I learned from experience. It will never be a cuddly loving cat. Their genes are wild. I did what you have done. As an adult it would lunge at my hand and bite bitterly when we were watching tv. Eventually the vet said she had to be put to sleep she could never giving her away to an unsuspecting wild one. I am so sorry but feel you should know.
