This is some of the best BBQ I have ever had. Consistency is awesome. I have been lucky enough to talk with him a few times. Very cool to share ideas with me.

Been going to Little Miss BBQ for years. After tasting their brisket, I had to learn how to make a great brisket......after years of practice, not only do I make a great brisket, but all things BBQ.....it's addicting!

It's funny how that happens. Similar things for me with Louie Mueller BBQ

They are SO great. Like some of the best BBQ I've EVER had. This video is from the University location but I'm posting a tour in the next day or two of their Sunnyslope location which is open on Sundays and is a much larger spot. Both really cool locations. Thank you for checking this out!

Little Miss is awesome and I would also recommend Eric's Family Barbecue in Buckeye. They have great burgers, turkey and sides. Both little Miss and Eric’s are awesome and different.

Great video. Loved all the backstory. Not many places can you rely on for good BBQ here in the Phoenix area. Still need to get over to Little Miss since I always hear it's the best in the area, how do you feel it stacks up to BBQ elsewhere you've tried? You've got some great BBQ tour videos! Some of that helps me understand why Camelback Smokers has gone quiet. A couple years ago was looking for an offset and they caught my eye do to how good people say Little Miss is and of course being maybe the only local offset maker (at least that I could find). Settled on a Workhorse 1975 which I love (and a couple other smokers of other types) but I have to say their smokers look killer and still dream of getting a 250 or 500 gallon.
