I like the way you mend things, while watching one of your videos , you mentioned replacing the end of the dog bones with a much harder pin, , question did you post a video showing how you did it, I have had the pins shier straight of on my bullet st flux while on grass.

If you get the right Kv motor so your around 35k rpms, I think it would be fine.. then you just need a good charger like the PowerLab8 Touch that I just got! My charger will charge multiple 5s battery at once no problem!

Kevin Talbot I have the same problem with the body’s u mentioned in this video. I would get the Russian body but I’m with u that traxxas or proline body’s look a lot better I found that if you take out the cage, than cover the body with duct tape or another strong tape over the whole inside of the body than you put a layer of contact cement over the whole inside the body’s last a supper long time. This method makes the body very flexible and strong but it does add a little weight. It would mean a lot if you could try it out ( because u drive your Xmaxx harder then I do ) lol. Keep up the good work almost 50k !!!!!

Thanks to Kevs relentless bashing of the Xmaxx I did end up hitting the “Pay Now” button several times after I made that post. I’m about $1,700.00 and some change into it and I haven’t even charged the batteries yet HaHaaa!! The Hobbywing MAX6 ESC should be showing up today. I’m gonna have to make a gratitude/tribute video to Kevs RC Spares when I get done modding this beast. I think he’s boosted the Xmaxx bashing on KZbin as well. I’ve noticed video uploads from others increasing quite a bit since his online course became available. I’ve also watched the amount of Xmaxx parts on EBay increase significantly and prices drop. Kev’s The Man!!!

hi kevin could you help me, my pinion gear on my moter has done something bad, it makes a crunching noise when ever I press the throttle and sometimes it dosent even make contact with the big cog. the moter does look a tiny bit diagonal front looking at it from the top!
