So - to sum it up: the fruit town designation in Compton is due to the streets named after fruits, peach, plum, cherry street, etc- are Piru. But in LA it’s named for the fruit trees in a particular block area - are Brim. Totally unrelated. Is that right ?

So This Is what we’ve learned as of late regarding Damu History !!! Brims,Bps,Denva Lanes, Athens Park ,Bounty Hunter & Inglewood had an Anti Crip Alliance on the Street’s before YTS. Wow Fruit Town Brim was a street gang before Fruit Town Piru with no connection in both having the same Fruit Town Name … I guess that’s similar to the Playboy Crips & Playboy Sureno’s £ Very interesting Davy wasn’t from Compton but actually from Los Angeles £ And Brims had a gang called BloodStone Brims before the Blood Alliance in YTS [ AMAZING ] This pretty much sums it up , Brims are the Original Blood Gang ‼️ Now In name & Identity ☑️

The b sign came from Bounty Ru (b p), just like the Blood name and the Blood flag came from Piru. The Brim sign is something else, I don’t know what it is but it’s not the b, Brims influenced the Stones and Stones influenced the Athens, Brims didn’t give them the b, they gave them the Brim sign and they do it like Brims. The name Bloodstone is not the confirmation of Brims being the first Bloods, I don’t understand how that is a confirmation, there are Bloodstones on the Eastside and there was an R&B group called Bloodstone around that time. It’s debatable to say the least who gave the alliance the name and the flag

@@bceo 1974 would be correct because the Brims was wearing Blue and Red rags before the Crips and Piru. Many people don't know that the whole Blue and Red rags came from the Apple Hat Brims. It was there style before it became a Crip identity. Remember In Tookie book he says the Westside Crips started wearing Blue rags after Buddha funeral to keep his memory alive. Buddha funeral was in February or March of 1973. So common sense should tell you the Westside Crips and Los Angeles Brims created the Blue vs Red in early 1973.Than you had certain Brims hooking up with there Piru family members in Compton. That's how the Brims Red bandana made it to Piru Street. There's no evidence of Piru wearing Red rags before 1973 so until you can prove that, Brims are 1st Damu set under the Red bandana right along with Black Stones who identified with the color Red since they was formed in Chicago. So yes 1974 is exactly correct for Piru and Bounty Hunter wearing the Brims Red bandana.

Bounty Hunter Frog said Crips thought he was a Piru when they saw his Red flag Matrix Seven told me Pirus gave it to Bounty Hunters but the bandana style came from Harvard Park (blue and red), basically it was the Brims then Pirus and then Bounty Hunters, in that order, he also said Eastside gangs saw Pirus wearing Red bandana first so that’s why they thought Frog was a Piru when they saw his Red flag But here’s the thing, S Mac said Brims is the first Crip rivalry and listed all Brims, hard to imagine Eastside Crips not knowing about the Brims Red flag if it’s the Brim flag, not the Piru flag Kev Mac showed the picture of the wall in the Jungles and there was no Blood written on that wall, all Brims Athens Lanes Hunters, don’t remember who else but there was no Piru. But let’s say Brims are the first Bloods, how come Bounty Hunters didn’t get the Red flag from the Brims? Why would they need Pirus for that if they already on the wall with Brims in the Jungles? Frog says they got it from Pirus Here’s what I think, Brims gathered anti-Crip gangs and even gave the Brim sign to some of them (not the b sign) but there was no Blood name and no Blood flag. Pirus gathered everybody in YTS and gave them the name and the flag, the b sign (Bloods) came from Bounty Hunters or Bounty Rus (b p) like Bounty Hunter Frog said

@@DEPSTEPS - the fruit influence in compton has to do with street names in a specific section. In LA with fruit trees in a certain area - it’s possible that the “town” was added separately as a total coincidence. If fruit trees were a sales pitch back in the 1920’s LA, then it’s probable that the LA designation came first because blacks didn’t enter into compton until later on. Compton was an unincorporated suburb back then - folks had horses and live stock. No blacks allowed. But blacks were slowly migrating on the west side of south central just before they were in compton.
