He brings up a good point. Especially in LA. As the big homies progress in life and success. Enter in the job market outside of the hood, I hope they are bringing the little homies thru. It's ok to start at entry level jobs. It's up to them to progress.

TheBigODog and now they have numbers and unity. We divided. So they take over the hoods and even the prisons. And blacks give everybody a second chance or benefit of the doubt except our own. We cant even look at each other wrong without a shooting. But let a cop, white person or other race do something, we forgiving.

Trell Russ a fine example of gentrification in my city is going on on the Southside because it's it's close to the University of Alabama and they wanted the property so they bought up all of the project buildings and old houses well the majority of them knock them down and rebuilt student housing meanwhile the people that were living there had to move and find other places and they also put in stores

When Hispanics start growing in numbers when they live amongst us black people their attitude start to change!!! More beef kick off, but they usually act like that when they outnumber blacks by a large number. That shit happened in my old hood in N.Y.!!! At one time we were banging on Hispanics real hard, but we started moving out due to different circumstances like better opportunities; buying homes, jobs, education, or even incarceration. Then Hispanics start looking at you like you don't belong there!!! The shit is depressing when a person experience shit like that.
