People these days seem to change jobs within 4 years. I was at Toll Transport for 10 years. Only gave it up because Japan Post no longer allowed employees to have any type of drug in their system even prescribed. Which put me on the chopping block as I was always chosen for testing as they knew I take Tramadol. My dad lasted 17 years but the last 5 he hated. They put him of difficult jobs because of his experience and at the end he got all the jobs no-one else wanted because they wanted him to leave because of his age and most people were in their 30's or 40's and dad was in his 50's.
