@backyardbandit43554 жыл бұрын
I've worked in recovery and most autos have an override switch for the transmission. On the Discos there should be a coin tray behind the cup holder next to the shifter, prise out with a screwdriver then under it on the left side is a round hole. Put your finger in the hole and you should feel a tab, push is and hold while you move the lever. Hope this helps for the future. Google is also usually your friend in these situations too mate.

Could be a good idea to invest in some wheel skates. They would make those jobs easier.
@dazad19724 жыл бұрын
common fault in d3, pull off the lever then pull out the trim with the letters on, just pull it upwards underneath and infront of the selecter is a button you can engage to release from park (you have to put the lever back for this part as you have to pull the button on the lever in at same time) there are loads of vids on here, just in case you get it again.

Got a tip for you mate.. not sure if Trents would of told you this but instead of laying on the floor just turn the wheels lock to lock and put the chains on through the front of wheel arch on the wheel thats pointing outwards 9/10 shows the wishbone so you can hook onto without getting wet 👌 or get a truck mudflap and lay on. Also there is a app called Shiftlock we use it to see where the electric handbrake release is and also auto sometimes deffo worth the buy.
