Very cute! I like that second dress the best, too.

She is beautiful!~ And so are her dresses. ;-) My Patty Playpal, from my childhood, is wearing clothing that was my sons.

This one will definitely be wearing Lena and Piper's clothing one day!

Beautiful doll and the green looks so much better. Really pretty. She needs a matching bow. We don't have this size Saucy. We have the early 24 inch Saucy. And we have 1, 1960 Patti Playpal and 1, 1959 Shirley Temple Playpal. Your doll really is beautiful.

I don't have a Saucy Walker but I do have several Patty Play pals. I also have dolls very similar to Patty called Lincoln dolls and they were made in the 1960's in New Zealand. Unfortunately I never got one as a 60's child, but I would have been in heaven if I had. I get vintage clothing for them either from Thrift shops or we have an auction site in NZ called Trade Me which is very popular here, and of cause occasionally I get stuff off Facebook Market Place too. Love watching your doll hauls. We don't have many doll shows in NZ. Closest would be in Australia.

I love her! She is a doll I would have loved as a child (born in 1955). I wish I had bought the real thing like you did, but I bought the reproduction Saucy Walker about 20 years ago. She weighs a ton! The green dress definitely suits your doll! Darling. Your restringing story reminds me of when I picked up a nice wool sweater at the dry cleaner's years ago. There were holes all over it. They told me they were moth holes. I asked why I had never seen them before, and they had no answer. 😬😕

I have the earlier Saucy Walker, and yours is so much prettier and more childlike! I would superglue that crack so it won't grow any bigger. The first dress is more accurate for her time period, but she's your doll, do dress her as you like! It will be even more special one she starts wearing your girl's clothes! Her dark hair makes her look like a child of yours too!

I have two honey blonde Saucy Walker playpals. I found the first at an antique store a few years ago and the second about a week ago at a thrift store for $37.50!!!! My second one had a beautiful face and in great shape but had no clothes. I'm in the midst of hunting for an outfit.

I have a pre-60 Saucy (I think she has a mohair wig, but I'm not sure). Mine is not in the best shape, but the guy who sold her to me for $5! really wanted to get rid of her. I was afraid he would throw her away. Your doll is in beautiful shape !!

Hi, I enjoyed your video. I have a 32 inch honey blonde, blue eyed Saucy Walker doll. She is in her original red dress with a red and white overlay. If you are interested, I can send photos. Carol Corso
