Ever since I heard this record I fell in love with it, but after seing them live a couple of months ago I fell completely in love with them as artists. To me, the XX (espescially their first album) is so brilliant that they will always be around. I just now listened to it again for a first time in 2 years and got teary eyed allover. Same as first time hearing it... their sound is so unique and dreamy and good lyrics and great vocals. Love forever and their sound just resonates with me... contemporary dreamy melancholy, like a clear day in mid fall
