What has happened to KEXP, they used to play cool bands. Now they seem a shill for high production value garbage, it's like looking through a dirty shop window to an unlit, abandoned storefront. Stale, formulaic poser band after stale, formulaic poser band. Where do they find these bands, what is the origin of these bands? I have to wonder

METZ has been active for over a decade. Just because you don't know them, doesn't make them not well known. I've seen them on tour with Converge. Their older stuff goes hard. Check it out.

@@lilnutty6821 this is more of a cool band, it has been the last 3 months or so that the bands have seemingly lamed out, my opinion only. Same thing seems to have happened on an internet radio station that I used to support and love. Maybe that means it's me. I shouldn't complain, those who've implied such are right. Guess I need to dig into Spotify and find what works for me, rather than express frustration.

@@alexwozniak4405 I've heard METZ. I would point out the bands that led to my frustration if I had bothered to remember them, that's the thing about art that doesn't suit one's fancy - it's not memorable. I'll shut up now though.
