@@chaussette1er interestingly enough, I most enjoy this when relaxing after a hard day's work - some of the passages are like floating in water, gliding through Icelandic volcano-scapes, warm fur-lined parka jackets and wild, windy, black beaches. If I'd been listening to this after sitting on the sofa for hours smoking weed playing computer games, it would just be 4 dudes (albeit 4 terribly accomplished dudes) playing some jazz. Hard work and skill recognises hard work and skill. No Icelandic privilege here, just pure Iceland, and pure music. Superb beyond words.

We saw them live at the “Domicile” Pforzheim, southern Germany, a few weeks ago and I have to say: one of the best jazz bands I have ever heart a seen. The “Domicil” is a very small jazz club where we sat close to the musicians - it was great, the atmosphere and the musicians were in a really good mood and you could tell they were really having fun.
