True. This is one of those arc of FT that doesn't have a solid plots tho. Grand Magic Games and Edolas, those two arc ONLY have the solid plots and it was written really amazaing. The rest was meh.

"New character shows up" in the filler and is never relevant for anything in the manga, so what's your point lol Reading the mangas and light novels is often better and much more detailed unless we are talking about really good adaptations which are not the most usual scenario.

I don't agree, the manga experience can be much better than the anime and it very often is. Anime adaptations better than the manga are quite rare. Filler are usually really bad too, the animation and art style need to be top notch most of the time to even be comparable to the manga experience. There needs to be a good ost, competent voice actors and directors. Pacing must be good to great, and overall there should be the least filler necessary (and that filler must be in complete filler episodes, not like in One Piece). However, I actually liked this particular arc. Actually just 5 minutes ago scrolling through the comments I understood that this arc was filler. I remember this arc much more than other canon parts in the series, and have always liked Michelle as a character, especially in the end For what I have seen this is also a really unpopular opinion, but what can I do about that

I don't know about you, but for me, Key of The Starry Sky clearly shows how Mashima has a talent for making you emotional, as the moments in this arc didn't hit me nearly as hard as in canon arcs. The arc is not all that bad, there are many little things I can't accept like how some characters acted (Erza was really OOC in this episode for example, there's also some fights later on like the one with Elfman and Natsu against a certain guy that don't make sense) and it had way less feels than most others, but overall, it wasn't bad. It is far better than other filer arcs like Daphne and the one after the GMG, just doesn't have that Fairy Tail feel to it.

Some times the visions aren't clear and hard to describe unless you have all the details. So far all her visions this arc have been mostly vague foreshadowing metaphors, they make no difference even if she told everyone.
