I remember the last real job I had. Pay was pretty damn good and I enjoyed working for the company. Busted my ass, worked a lot of overtime, no mistakes. Well, same thing. People like me got targeted (the good workers). Meanwhile we would sit in the break room and the supervisor would walk buy and a specific dude would have TGIF's or something for lunch. I remember the supervisor walking by and saying how good it smelled and looked. This guy jumped out of his seat with it saying, "You want it, you want it?? You can have it." Such a kiss ass way. This worker was the type to sit around doing nothing while every one else picked all of the stations, would hide a lot, and during last hour would sit on the shitter in the bathroom. He kissed more ass, more often, then anyone I know or have ever met. So eventually they were hiring a new supervisor. Rules were no write ups, must want the position from within, and the other workers must agree. So, the other workers nominated me. Nobody else wanted the position and literally everyone said I deserved it. So, I put my name on it. The current supervisor said that my attitude will make him look bad and he was going to get me fired. So, he lied and lied in the next week and got me fired. So, working hard and doing a great job gets you screwed and kissing ass gets you advanced. But I got my revenge. I made sure that supervisor lost his job. Can't publicly post how or why, but fuck people like that.
