I was going to commit suicide 2 years ago. But I made a promise to myself. "If I want to live. I need to take negative people out of my life" Im no more talking to my brothers who are really negative people trust me. And I lost many friends or fake friends actually. I decided to do what I want. And I realized that people don't want you to think for yourself. They want you to be a slave and do what they want and please them. Loneliness allows you to progress and change your life I'm sure of it. So if you are all alone. Don't be sad and don't start to hate yourself. See things and change them. Your vision is here for a reason. Personnally my vision is to see the world. Going outside of the limits. I feel like something is waiting for me like somebody is watching so I will travel the world. Im sure I will. Good luck guys for you life. Make yourself as happy as you deserve. Love y all. This are indeed successful key

@@racboo8777 But it is different in my own case, because frustration has been the other of the day for me, I kept trying my best every morning to make good money for myself. Seem really impossible for me at all point, sometimes i keep asking myself if some are destined to be rich and others to be poor?. I just feel like taking my life.☹️😰

Most welcome. You need to look into three important areas to have high energy: 1. Sufficient Rest/Sleep 2. Healthy Eating/Balanced Diet 3. Exercise/Active Lifestyle Make it a habit to sleep early and get between 7-9 hours of sleep at night. Avoid meat and dairy and eat lots of greens and grains. Exercise daily between 30-60 mins by going for a light jog or brisk walk. Hope this helps. 😃
