thank u for this content but I m 13 year MSer and I have hand drop and foot drop and it s nearly impossible to this for my shoulder pain what s ur suggestion for a person wth this sort of problems?

Trevor, How do you know if you Have flexor or extensor spasticity? All I know is that my legs are spastic…. ie frozen!

Thank you so much for the videos. I find it easier to do exercises whilst watching you perform same. However, suddenly there are several adverts right in the middle of an exercise which interrupts my concentration and means I have to reach for controller to continue. I am sure the adverts used to be at the beginning of your videos not right in middle of exercise.
