Gee ... I wish all doctors would do these complete workups for women. I'm pretty distressed about how the medical world treat mature women. I have osteoporosis and am angry that I was never given a chance to have HRT in the time frame it would have been helpful. Now I'm faced with drugs. I want my osteo treatment to address as many contributing factors as possible to give my bones the best chance. My doctor "doesn't bother with bone turnover markers" !!

I’ve been watching Dr Greger, and he said if you’re deficient in Calcium, and taking it in moderation with Magnesium, then it’s safe. So don’t take large amounts of calcium and take it with magnesium.
