Thank you so much beautiful ladies for sharing. I am 74 diagnosed with severe osteoporosis afte a fall 5 years ago. Listening to your testimonials gave me courage to go back on medications after a 2 year stint with prolia. My endocrinologist suggested Forteo but giving myself daily injection is not for me. I am still undecided Will see her in January. Your video helps me with my decision on which direction i be headed. Again thank you for sharing 🙏

You ladies are amazing. I have had such a hard time trying to find a doctor; seems like would rather not bother. I wish we had docs that specialize in osteoporosis. Marisa; I am with you. Damn if we do and damn if we don’t. I have been on 3 meds bad side effects on all. Osteoporosis is a nightmare!! I have to trust God

I hope to read all the comments...I have a recent Osteoporosis diagnosis at 70 years old. No real treatment for all the years with an Osteopina diagnosis...busy years. ~Question if anyone at all reads this... I'm leaning towards a Carnivore Diet with Autoimmune issues for years. Is there anyone that has any results from trying or living on the *Carnivore Diet*...? Thank you. In this discussion I heard mainly RXs compared, but not diets. Texas Gal 🤠

I got off 5+ meds, including autoimmune meds. Clinically in remission as long as I stick. to the diet. 100% worth it. Best of luck!
